DHARMA

Dharma is wide when it comes to a just simple word, in general, it’s the true law that rules the life in the universe, with multiples meanings for Buddhism, Hinduism, Jainism, among others religions faiths, amplifying it’s meaning, causing some misunderstood about it’s semantics, today I resume:
It’s a many important concept for the Philosophy and religion, depending on your context, it’s meaning involve Hinduism ideas that was developed through the history, being the cosmic law, a chain of rules that created the Universe. Dharma could be the behaviors considered necessary to keep order in the cosmos, principles that prevent the chaos, behaviors and necessary actions to all lives in the nature, society, family and yourself as well.
In other words, Dharma is a spiritual path of growth and inner transformation, destined to happiness and illumination. Practice it’s doing the patience, the love, the equilibrium. They are methods that guide us in the inner process of growth.
eTHIMOLOGY
From classic Indian sanskrit (धर्म) or from Prakrit (Dhaṃma), meaning what is established or firm, in other words, basically the law, duty or right.
THe dharma wheel
What does a chariot wheel have in common with a Dharma symbol?
The eight rays that are assigned to this symbol represents the noble eightfold path (I’ll talk about it soon) concept created by Buddha, they are eight practices based on moderation and harmony, without falling into extremes. That one who leads the noble eightfold path are able to eradicate the greed, hatred and delusion, that are seen as the root of suffering.
“the root of suffering is attachment” – Buddha, em Tripiṭaka .
Conclusion
Dharma is not just a simple word of easy comprehension, it’s necessary exercise practices and many studies to dominate, and reach the destination: the happiness. What we could take by lesson with Dharma, are their teachings that comes since laws that rule the Universe to spiritual elevation, related to noble eightfold path as well, that are eight laws described by Buddha to all living beings could get free from suffering.
